Refurbishment | Commercial Development

The project to refurbish the warehouse began with an extensive analysis of its condition. After a full assessment, it was determined that metal cladding was essential for ensuring the longevity and durability of the structure. Our team worked diligently to ensure that the entire surface area of 1200m² would be covered in metal cladding, a process which took several weeks to complete.

Throughout this period, safety remained our top priority as we sought to provide workers with a secure environment free from obstructions or hazards. As such, we implemented various measures including regular maintenance checks and quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.

This factory - where its assembly line started production in 1964 – has been given a new lease of life.
