The property in Great Waltham was a remarkable 350-year-old building with its original structure still standing. Our client wanted to give the house an update and make some changes that would not only improve their lifestyle. So, when they came to us, we knew this project was going to be something special.

We worked closely with the architects from Method Studio who had designed plans for a loft conversion as well as additional works including reconfiguring the existing building and adding a pool house and cart lodge. We were excited about bringing these ideas to life, however there were many challenges due to the age of the property which meant careful coordination between all parties involved for it to all run smoothly.

Fortunately, our team rose to every challenge posed by this renovation project and after months of hard work, we are delighted with how everything has turned out so far. The results have been spectacular – transforming this old property into one that is modern yet timeless and maintains is historic charm. We are confident that our clients will love their new home just as much as we do!
