From side infills, rear home extensions and loft conversions, we offer several options to extend and maximize your internal living spaces.

Our Story
Lines & Crowe is an established, family-founded business that has been operating in London and the Southeast for more than 70 years.
When Bill Lines and Fred Crowe founded the company in 1952, they may not have realised they were starting a business that would be thriving 70 years later.
In 1974, William Pasfield and Peter O’Neil took over the reins with a small team of highly skilled welders and metal fabricators, delivering projects for a range of industry sectors and clients.
Now in its third generation, it has evolved, under the leadership of Thomas Ing, to a firm with clients in both residential and commercial sectors, with a strong network of professional sub-contractors, covering bespoke fabrication projects and structural steel work, to full refurbishment and renovation projects
